The Global Traveler eLearning program develops awareness and understanding of the complexities inherent to travelling and working abroad. It provides knowledge that assists in successful social adaptation while travelling on short-term assignments to different countries. The program helps the participant learn key insights and capabilities to be effective when working with multicultural teams.

The goal of the e-learning program is to develop behavioral competencies of professionals working in a global work environment and to improved client satisfaction based on adopting behaviors suitable to the particular work, social and cultural context. It also ensures the smooth running of the on-site projects by handling unfamiliar situations effectively and adapt successfully in social situations.

The e-learning program is organized into four learning posts:

Introduction
The animated module raises questions and concerns commonly voiced by learners, explaining how this course will help address those concerns.

Living abroad
This module address subjects related to personal safety and social living appropriate within generalized social and cultural contexts encountered overseas.

Working on-site
This module identifies behaviours suitable within a corporate context in a global environment. It explains the general office etiquettes when interacting with multicultural teams.

Knowing your destination
This module gives a overview of the cultural contexts of select business destinations. The participants learn key insights and capabilities to be effective when working with US, Netherlands, UK, Australia and China business culture.
