Cross Cultural Strategy Services is a niche service line for organizations that contemplate global alliances, outsourcing or are in the due diligence mode for mergers or acquisitions. The processes and tools provided by Global Crosswalk Inc. are targeted to enhance the capabilities of senior leadership teams using human capital assessments associated with organizational mergers. GCI also coaches leaders on successfully managing cultural barriers to effective organizational integration.

Cross Cultural Strategy Services include:
